Appearance Policy Details

Please adhere to these uniform policy points to ensure a professional presence at Glow.

KEEP IT TIGHT & CLEAN. All Glow uniform items should be clean and presentable. All items worn under shirts and jackets must be dark colors, in either; blue, black, green or grey. All hats must be worn with the logo facing forward. Avoid wearing visible non-company logos and art.

HATS

  • Company-provided hat, visor or beanie
  • All hats are to be worn with logo facing forward
  • NO: hats with non-company logos or art

SHIRTS

  • Company provided polo
  • Long sleeves under polo must be dark colors in blue, black, green or grey
  • NO: visible non-company logos or artwork

PANTS

  • Long pants or finger-tip length shorts with belt loops (Dark colors preferred)
  • NO: holes, sweatpants, leggings, athletic wear, elastic waistbands or cuffed pants

SHOES

  • Closed toe shoes/sneakers or work boots
  • NO: sandals, slippers, flip-flops, crocs, uggs or fashion shoes

JACKETS

  • Company provided jackets
  • Sweatshirts and clothes under the jacket must be dark colors in blue, black, green or grey
  • NO: non-company logos or art

GLOVES

  • Gloves must be blue or black

JEWELRY

  • NO: long hanging jewelry such as necklaces and bracelets. Keys should be tucked away.
